Blessing Shuman is a native of Savannah, GA, currently living in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. She is married to her best friend, Frederick Shuman, Jr and is most importantly a friend of Jesus Christ. In 2004, she began her college career at Georgia Southern University but returned home to graduate from Armstrong Atlantic State University, where she earned a Bachelors of Liberal Arts, minoring in Psychology. She also completed several courses towards her Masters in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. In pursuit of finances during and after college, she worked retail for almost 10 years. This afforded her the opportunity not only to dress women of different sizes and shapes, but to learn different patterns and techniques to help them look their best aesthetically. She believes fashion is more than just putting on nice clothes, but encouraging women that they are absolutely beautiful just as they are, embracing their current while they are on the way to their personal goals.
